I had an excellent experience from the front desk all of the way through my appointment. Everyone was friendly, but the key to me was how, even though they were busy, I was given an explanation of what to expect as well as a detailed explanation of what was found and the next steps. This office is beautiful! And everyone was so nice! They were right on time with my appointment. It’s been YEARS since I went to the dentist. So Of course I have a few problems to fix and some deep cleaning to be done. We have a plan in place. And they were upfront about out-of-pocket costs after working with my insurance. We postponed one of the procedures until January to receive more insurance coverage. Again, I was expecting a lecture about not coming in sooner, but not a word! They were just happy I was there now.
